Anti-cancer Drug Design is
an authoritative compilation of all the research surrounding the research,
design, creation, and testing of various drugs to treat and prevent the spread
of cancer. Topics such as how to target cancers, methods for selecting said
targets, the molecular and structural aspects of targeting cancers, and phage
display are just a few examples of the scope of this work. Each chapter also
presents the research behind the creation of the drug and, when applicable, how
the drug has been used in clinical trials. The corresponding relationship
between the research and the clinic continues to evolve and this project will be
of equal interest to the researcher and the general practitioner.
